I purchased a Brompton bike rack from this company, however after only two months it had broken to the point where it couldn't be used (three parts of it had snapped off and the wheels were heavily deformed). When I contacted the company about the poor quality the response was extremely unhelpful - ignoring all calls and emails. I would highly recommend avoiding London Craftwork and searching for an alternative supplier.

I order from this company through Etsy, the products are awesome. I used to work for Brompton at Covent Garden as a Brompton Technician and find these products from London Craftwork are way ahead of the accessories that Brompton make.Great companyLeone
