This use to be a great place but has definitely gone down hill in the last few years. you look for stuff on the website go instore and you can't get any of the things you were needing. could also do better if they had a cutting service for timber products

Melissa these are really cool roads this one called IV and one I think called Melissa's your name Melissa Street that's cool ride but I am going to look at more roads and see I'm gonna read just I say but I'm gonna see what's ogre and now I really cool but and I'm gonna see where school is our school it's but yes I'm I'm I am going to do it so yes and this yeah I do think in those are street called name yes Melissa so that's really cool if they do and I'm gonna just now that there's a literally a shopping and article who's going to shop there I don't know who so that's weird Al some people I think there's one in the North Pole that would be cool so yeah

Can't process card (all checked), customer service no help then hung up, this card issue has happened multiple times and each time they say they'll sort it and never do

Always well stocked apart from wood/trim paint. Good for timber, plasterboard etc...

Always looks like its just opened at 7am.Empty of customers ! Dont know why, the quality of merchandise is generally better than its main competitor opposite(B&Q) and tends to be a little less pricy. And, you can always find an assistant for help, which cant be said of the aforesaid company. Maybe its because its not as convenient to get in and out of. Staff are friendly enough too.

I rang the store yesterday about tiles I'd seen the day before. Conor was so helpful, checked and rang me back immediately. I tried to order them on line, but couldn't check out, so I rang the store back and Conor had the tiles on a trolly by the time I got there to purchase them. He even wheeled them to the car and put them in the boot for me. Excellent customer service.
