Doesnt get back to phone calls or messages and says will call back to arrange viewings but never do, why even bother posting an advert then?

This letting agency is a joke there is a woman called Norma who is really rude and repeatedly hung up on me when I asked about getting the deposit back after 3 1/2 weeks later . There was a list of problems especially a dodgy boiler and other issues that was never sorted they are so long i could not list them all .I have now had to ask my solicitor to take action she refused to show or send me photographic evidence and lied she said the flat was a mess Omg 4 of us went there with £56 of cleaning stuffCheats liars and i hope you get your just deserts .DANGEROUS BOILER STATING DO NOT USE SEEK HELP ASAPA FRIDGE THAT WAS BROKENBUILDERS WASTE NOT REMOVED EVEN THOUGH SHE ADMITTED PAYING THEM IN FULL AND NOT DEDUCTING ANY OF THE MONEY SHE HAD PAID THE BUILDERS AND THEM LEAVING IT IN THE SMALL ROOM !!!!!!!! HELLO ONE RULE FOR NORMA ANOTHER FOR THE POOR STUDENTS .I CAN ONLY SAY STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS RUDE PLACEIF YOU SEE THIS AGENCY ONE WORD ---Run

Very unprofessional agency, canceled our viewing just an hour before it, we were told that they would contact us about a new one aand the next day when we tried to contact them they said that deposit has already been paid without viewing, didn’t tell us we could do the same.
