Creamy garlic mushrooms for starters, came with a lovely warm roll and butter, lush.Honey glazed and garlic salmon which was cooked to perfection and so moist served with chunky chips and broccoli, yummy.To finish lemon tart with mascapone, beautifully decorated with edible flowers, delicious.I would definitely recommend a visit

I was visiting Cheshire Lines Tavern with a close friend as we was meeting a weekly social group but sadly they had left When we arrived.We decided to have drinks and food. The level of service that we got was amazing.The staff was very helpful, polite, friendly and patient.They informed us when certain items on the menu was unavailable.Staff held a high standard and was very polite.Food was amazing and tasted great.Compliments to the Chef and Kitchen staff.Compliments to the Bar Staff and management.Kind Regards,Aaron

Food good, service excellent. Friendly bar staff who made our time there really enjoyable, also friendly table service. We were there with family from Ireland for a catch up and could not have wished to pick a better place. Was a really hot day and they even have dog bowls which the lovely Irish gentleman behind the bar brought water out for the dog, so caring.

It has been a few years since my last visit. The pub sits between Cheadle High Street and Wetherspoons Gateway pub. Poor access on foot from Cheadle as pavement only on one side and crossing over can be near suicidal at busy times. The pub is indeed a converted railway station. It shares the large car park with the excellent Golden Days garden centre. Came with Eric's German cousin Albrecht. Sadly only one real ale on out of 4 handpumps. A good pint of Marston's Pedigree. Think they also had Bank's last time. Popular food destination. Pub grub, steaks etc. Nice front terrace though the M60 motorway noise is a constant backdrop. Otherwise you could be in the country.

Had a wonderful meal, the staff were so attentive and such a great atmosphere. Came away so happy, beautiful decorations. Made my Xmas, celebrating with friends, thank you.

A lovely pub/eatery with an extensive menu of affordable meals. The food is delicious and good sized portions too. The staff were hard working, friendly and efficient. We will definitely go again.

Amazing food, tomato bushetta is to die for one of my favourites !! I’ve not been disappointed all the times I’ve been. Service is great very friendly. And it’s a lovely warm atmosphere. Love it here!!.

It was a nice place . Nice staff they lit up with a lot of us. But they could be more staffedALSO where we were sat smelt like farts.I asked everyone at our table and they said they didn’t fart so I don’t know who was cropdusting round there or if it was just the place but my god it was a fart smelling place. Eating me food smelling farts . Drinking me wine smelling farts . Speaking to me family smelling farts.

My wife and I recently rediscovered the Cheshire Line" and since my retirement I think we've had Lunch one a week at least. Sometimes Twice.. we were very impressed with the Quality of the Food
