A true artist! Des has repaired numerous pieces of jewellery over the years for myself and family members and has always done a fantastic job. I finally asked him for help over a number of months to design and create a unique engagement ring for my now fiancée. I couldn’t have asked for a better end result, the ring is stunning! Des is a great guy to work with and anyone lost in a sea of engagement rings would definitely benefit from a chat with Des. I would not hesitate to recommend, thanks again.

Words cannot do justice to how fantastic a shop this is!Des is a master of his craft, both knowledgeable and polite, with a genuine warmth which is lacking from others shops and business owners.He cleaned my partner's Eternity Ring and all I can say is WOW - to say it looked like new would be an understatement; the ring looked better than the day I bought it!He makes the most wonderful and intricate pieces and I will be back soon to buy something new for my partner's collection.

When I first met Des I was not sure what I wanted but he worked with me and I got the ring I want for my future wife, he remembered my face every time I went there and after when I got the ring size wrong! Fast forward 2 years and he has yet again made an excellent wedding that’s nest with the engagement ring. Couldn’t be happier. I would recommend him to anyone. Just give your self time as he is in high demand. Great bloke to talk to and has a few stories to tell, fantastic craftsman as well. He really wants to work with the client.

I took a ring to Des@Cotswold Ringmaker to be reduced in size. Des couldn't have been more helpful; nothing was too much trouble to get the new size just right. The work was completed within a few weeks. Des called to let me know it was ready - when I went to collect it, I was delighted at the quality of the work (and that it had been cleaned too!). I'd really recommend Cotswold Ringmaker - it's worth Shopping Local, we've some great small businesses in the heart of Cirencester.

Des is truly a genius.My partner has tiny fingers so I required somewhat of a bespoke engagement ring.Des made the whole process easy and I got to create the ring with him. I find that more special than picking one in a shop.I was shocked at how reasonably priced he is.When it came time to pick it up I was over the moon. His craftsmanship is out of this world.My partner said yes and adores the ring.I couldn't recommend Des more.

After much research and personally meeting Des to discuss a bespoke engagement ring I wanted, I am so happy and blown away with the piece Des has created! I walked away feeling Des had this all in hand and would not disappoint. Glad to say my now Fiancee is equally blown away and over the moon with the ring! All I can say is forget highstreet and go see this man, top quality workmanship, professional service and such a nice guy to deal with! Thank you Des!

I collected my ring today which was a restoration of my late grandma's engagement ring involving a new diamond, new claw, sizing and white gold plating. The ring looks incredible and is the perfect fit. Amazing value and honestly so so happy with the final outcome. Thank you so much for your service I could not be happier!
