An all-round great experience; the website was easy to use to find what I was looking for, the description of the watch was robust & accurate, the purchase was straight-forward, and delivery was on time with nice packaging. The key take-away though was the excellent service, with updates on my purchase/delivery in a personalised fashion. I’d definitely buy from here again!

I ordered a Tag Heuer watch from Beards but unfortunately it was out of stock. They ordered me one from the Manufacturer and kept me informed on progress. They said that they would try their best to get it before Xmas and it arrived as promised. They also provided excellent customer service and I will definitely use them again.

Five star service from Beards. Purchased a special gift for my husbands birthday ant the service and knowledge from them was excellent. I didn’t think that customer service of this level still existed.I ordered a new watch on Sunday evening and had an email on the Monday morning asking if the watch needed to be adjusted for wrist size.On Tuesday morning a large box arrived and inside was a wrapped box with ribbon on it with my watch inside - fantastic presentation.I also received a hand written message from Yui thanking me for my business and I hoped I enjoy the watch.Amazing service.

Could not fault the service we received from Beards. My husband had my engagement ring made here last year and then this year we purchased our wedding bands. The whole process from picking them to having them made and collecting was flawless. The service was friendly and also very special. We were really looked after so well from start to finish.
