Hollywood Nails

Absolutely appalling service. Started my nails then left me for over an hour whilst he started other peoples nails who came in after me. Also waited well over an hour past my appointment time.Very rude, and very poor customer service. Never again will I go here.

I am a regular customer. I am always very happy with the standard of service. I have acrylics and they generally last around a month. The staff here are lovely and work extremely hard. Even when the salon is very busy and people drop in without appointments they will usually see them within a few minutes. I recently had an accident and broke a nail within 2 days. They replaced the nail & did not charge me which was so lovely of them. Will attach a photo of my current acrylics.

You need to accept card payments or at least mention on your website that it's cash only. Most people these days do not carry cash or even a card and pay everything with their phone!!!!Got my nails done which was a good job. However when I went to pay, they said it was cash only. The guy told me to get money out from ATM but only had my phone which I pay for everything with!I told him I had to go home and get cash and he asked to take my phone so I don't run away". I had to drive all the way home to get cash and come back and pay. This honestly was so embarrassing and waste of my time. And when I finally paid with cash he just gave me a horrible look like I was trying to get away with a "free treatment" or something.Like I said at the beginning either start accepting card payments (It is the 21st century!!) or mention on your website it is cash only. I don't think I will come back again because of the embarrassment."

Staff always makes me happy with my nails! I have never been so excited to get my nails done to see what we come up with next! Only uses professional products and uses awesome creative skills for design and nail art. Absolutely 100% recommend and I will never go anywhere else!

This was my first nail salon experience. The staff were very friendly and patient. Not to mention professional! I started out being really anxious but relaxed pretty quickly. The prices were very good, and I absolutely love my nails!

Took my daughter for acrylics as a birthday treat. The nails were well done and beautiful however I was charged much more than was advertised. Also they have sofas for people to sit while they wait where one of the staff had a lie down whilst talking on his phone ,with his bare feet all the the sofa.not very hygienic. Would not use again.

Amazing service and clean environment. I have been there twice and left happy on both occasions. Great communication through Instagram as well. They are always polite and ready to provide answers to any questions.Quick to be attended to and can't fault the team. Felt taken care of and relaxed. The nail tech even paused and asked if I was okay and I really appreciated that.Keep up the good work and I look forward to my next visit. ❤️❤️

So far okay….they power thier drill way too high causing pain. Can be quite rough. A few weeks later my nails starting to come off from the bottom but was still attached to my nail causing my nail to rip off and bleed. They use MMA for acrylic nails which has literally destroyed my nails. After going to another nail technician who told me they destroyed my nails and I have to wait for them to heal, I don’t think I will ever be going here again.

After 2 weeks the nails started lifting from the bottom however still stuck at the sides causing me excruciating pains. After a few hours I decided to take that particular nail off since I was still in pain. Although most of the nail had come off after soaking it in acetone for what seemed like years, there was a section that was attached directly onto my skin. When I tried to take it off it was ripping my whole skin causing me to bleed. I can not stretch my middle finger properly as my skin pulls due to the nail attached to my skin (which I can not get off). I tried elegant nails a couple months ago and I did not have this problem, do not go to Hollywood nails. They use MMA which is very harmful for your nails, this has destroyed my nails causing it to be weak and brittle.

Daughter in law was unhappy with her nails so asked for money bk didn't comply and started to verbal abuse in St. There was no sanitising of hands in between in each client either .Never again .
