I have to make a special mention to the staff at this gym - everyone from Sales to the Trainers on the gym floor are a treat to deal with. A special mention to Callum in the Sales team for assisting me recently. All in all a clean and solid setup, would recommend a visit.

I have been a member now for 20 years. I particularly love the pool!!Very helpful and friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere.Kathryn and Kelly have always been wonderful and will do anything for you. Cafe staff are always exceptionally polite and helpful.Steven,one of the gym instructors, is fab and puts a lot of effort into his classes. My children love the pool as well! Overall a fab place to come for a workout,swim or both!

I've been a member for a long time and always found the facilities and classes excellent. I wondered how the club would adapt to the staff of the many local offices working from home leading to reduced numbers of members. The club has adapted by making it much more family friendly with more activities for children. This is much appreciated.

Been a member now for two years and this has been by far the best one. The roof off the pool has been amazing. Rain or shine there is nothing better than a swim and it is never too busy, can always find a lane or somewhere to sit by the pool. The gym is brilliant, plenty of equipment and really friendly staff to help when you need a bit of advice on what you are doing. 2 years ago I didn’t think I’d be a gym person but I can’t get enough of it now

I'm a (very) regular gym goer and it's great to see that David Lloyd listen to customer feedback and finally replaced the pool roof. In general the gym is clean and tidy, and the equipment up to standard. The front desk staff are friendly and efficient, in particular Elsie who is a pleasure to chat with even at 6am!

Lots of bugs and wasps lying around on the poolside, and water was too hot for me. Roof off in the summer was nice and changing rooms were ok. For £100 + not worth it really but if you're a member at a higher tier its nice to have. Staff were nice tho.Parking signs are pretty misleading, don't pay the parking although it says you need to pay by phone.3 stars for me, nice looking pool, probably nice in the winter but please can the poolside be cleaned more regularly. I hate wasps!

I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but feel this club merits the positive recognition. My family and I have been members of this club for the last year or so and I nothing but great things to say about our time here . For me the big positive is how friendly & welcoming an atmosphere there is & that’s largely due to its small family feel. The staff can’t do enough for you, follow up on feedback & all the instructors in the classes I’ve attended are first class. We also love & use regularly the crèche facility (Pam you are a credit to the team) as well as the kids club that is available at the weekends. Now that summer is here, we are also LOVING our alfresco swims- thank you to the team for making this possible this year. Keep up the good work!

I had a great PT session with Steve at the gym last week. He was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He designed a personalized workout plan for me based on my goals and fitness level. He also gave me helpful tips on nutrition and recovery. He motivated me throughout the session and pushed me to challenge myself. I felt energized and accomplished after the session. I would highly recommend Steve to anyone looking for a personal trainer. He is the best!

Great club with a friendly atmosphere, welcoming staff, and good facilities. I regularly use the gym which is always clean and tidy. Stephen Barratt is a great personal trainer, and I am extremely happy with the progress I have made in the last 6 months working with Stephen. Stephen is super supportive, very knowledgeable, provides variety to our workouts and is always on hand to answer any questions I have throughout the week. I would highly recommend Stephen to anyone looking for a personal trainer.
