I wonder if I've been going to the same caring dentist and speaking with the same friendly receptionist. Whether I've gone in emergency and in pain, or as a regular check-up, I've been treated with friendly humour by the receptionist, and amazing skill and gentleness by the dentist. I returned from a Scottish holiday with an abcess, just to consult with him, such is the high regard I have.

Dr Guy is the most patient and understanding dentist. I suffer extreme dental anxiety and he always manages to calm me and carry out the required work. Highly recommended.

Yes, agree with the above, very unhelpful receptionist even with a young child in significant pain, we were told to call in the morning! And we are registered here!!

Dr Guy is extremely kind, gentle and sympathetic with nervous patients such as myself. The lady on reception, Sheila is very efficient and kindly fitted me in for an emergency filling at short notice. Highly recommended!

I was told by the gp to attend this place due to an abscess in my mouth. At the g.ps they said they have to see a person and i couldnt be turned away. Went to this dentist and was told that i may be seen in April if i register.....awful place with a miserable poker faced receptionist

The first time I've ever been bitterly disappointed with an NHS service provider. I turned up on Monday morning at opening time after suffering a raging toothache over the weekend only to be turned away by a surly receptionist because I'm not registered with the practice. As a visitor to Holt, I was told I had to to travel to Kings Lynn if I wanted NHS treatment or else go to one of the private practices in town. Not good enough, in fact rather pathetic. Has the hypocratic oath been overwritten?
