Property my son rents is an absolute disgrace.Boiler doesn't work,broken wall sockets & holes in the walls.Not one internal door will shut.I signed as guarantor for on a 12mth contract.I contacted them to advise that I'm withdrawing myself as guarantor at the end of that 12mths.They have declined to respond to my request.

Very poor policy in regards to pets, even guide dogs would result in an application being refused

If you’re thinking of renting with KDM Estates, I would a million times recommend over & over. They’ve been on top form with any queries, any problems arisen, I haven’t had to chase the girls up about anything, they’ve really made our second rented property, a stress free experience, as renting should be. I say the same for the landlord, we’ve been lucky to fall through his door, not many landlords are good, but he’s been absolutely amazing. Faultless. I’ve nothing but good things to say about them. You’s deserve much more than a medal, that’s for sure. Thankyou so much x
