I cannot recommend Russell & Butler enough!There kind staff, the amazing back and forth communication. Which was so informative with everything I needed.There was always helpful links to help my busy lifestyle complete everything.Overall all the team work really hard in making sure you feel comfortable and settled into your property.The pre inspection on a rented property really helped me which i thought was amazing and in detail.Special thank you to Debbie Rowe for her back and forth communication and all her lovely help, and to Matthew Russell who helped us secure the property and showed us around.Top communication and top customer focused service i received.It has put my mind at ease knowing I can contact them and get a response back so quickly with a resolution.So massive Thank You to all the Team.

I think Russell and Butler do a fantastic job letting my property , I live an hour away and Russell and Butler take care of everything and keep te tennants happy .

Very happy with the service from start to finish. Cheryl understood our requirements and Nick followed through with our purchase, keeping us updated with regards to the progress of a very long chain of ten!

So far have had a good experience. Had a few bumps in the road but they were all dealt with. Modifications were made to make my experience more pleasant which is appreciated. Responses tend to be quick Which is also appreciated.

Both sales and letting teams at Russell and Butler are first rate, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Letting property through them was a pleasure, they made the journey both easy and comfortable. Impressive experience and knowledge.

My experience with Russell and Buttler agency was so wonderful, at my first phone call Matthew listened to me and being empathetic meant a lot. Next day we just travelled for 45 minutes to see this gorgeous flat and we felt in love with Buckingham and kept saying this to him and he was looking to us like he knew it will be ours. Next day we had out confirmation, landlord was happy with us and we finally could dream of our on place our cosy apartment and for our son to have his own room. They are making dreams come true. And from there everything went so smoothly Debbie si is an angel helping out with any silly questions i had and so so much patience. This agency is so familiar and involved with they’re costumers! The team at R&B are exceptional, I am a landlord myself and I only wish the letting agents I have used were 1/2 as good. They use an online tool for issues and responded immediately, with various trades people already oncall/onhand.I was in a predicament wanting a short term let with small pets (whilst awaiting a purchase) and they found me a property straight away.Strongly recommend them,Interfaced with all the agents within a 50 mile radius and this team stuck out by miles.
