We visited a few times over a couple of weeks as we couldn't make our minds up at all on what we wanted. Laughed and joked about it with the staff who were very welcoming each time we arrived. Finally made our decision and was very happy with our purchase. Miles and his colleagues were great and couldn't recommend enough.

We have only praise for the excellent service recieved from Sofology Rotherham.From the moment we walked into the shop to our sofas arriving yesterday the whole process has been painless and seamless.There was no pressure selling and we were given all the time we needed to make our decision.Thank you Adrian for all your help and advice.We were kept informed every step of the way nothing was too much trouble.Our sofas are lovely we are really pleased with them and well worth the wait.Thank you all

Absolutely disgusting, soon as they have your money, your done with em in their eyes, waited 12 weeks for a sofa they said they would expidite, in order to get my custom. Moved into a new home and had to sit on the floor for 12 weeks. Complained, and all they said was that I shouldn't have been told that my order would be expedited. This is how they treat customers who spend 4k on a sofa

I bought a sofa just over 2 years ago. They praised the quality very much on the day that I bought. Most part sunken. I have not used it much as im out country most of the time. We are not even a large family. We are a couple. You can imagine this sofa not being used much. Sunken and deformed. They say guarantee is covering only two years for cushions. So I literally thrown away 3000 pound of hard earned money !

Purchased a sofa in January with a 12 week lead time. We get a text 1st week in May saying sofa is here, we can arrange a delivery, which we duly do. Delivery arranged for the 9th May. Happy days. We sell our old sofas, safe in the knowledge our new sofas would be arriving the next day. My wife takes the day off work and we wait for the new sofas to arrive. And wait. We check the tracking link - we are the 12th and final delivery of the day. And wait. No one turns up. We ring customer “services”. They say the sofa hasn’t even arrived at the distribution centre yet and the delivery shouldn’t have been booked. Erm…… so when will it be delivered? We literally are sitting on the floor here? No idea sorry. We’ll contact the distributor and ring you back. No one does. We chase again a few days later . Told the same thing. We’ll ring you back. No one does. We are now nearly 3 weeks since the sofa should have been here. Customer services have no clue. Don’t care we are sitting on the floor. Won’t call us back. Won’t give us details of anyone to escalate the issue to. Won’t discuss any kind of compensation. Just couldn’t care less. They have until Friday to update us (without us having to chase them) before we contact Solicitors and open a case with the Furniture ombudsman (who knew one existed). Absolutely appalling.

Went to store on Sunday to look for a sofa. Didn't find one we liked. Imagine my shock when I received an email today saying nice choice, the item has been saved in your basket and repayments will be £80.5= over 4 years interest free. Is that even legal. I have referred the email to trading standards. Do no even go into this store.

I work in sales myself and know how important it is to get the customers sales/experience journey right. Exploring the customers needs, making recommendations and getting your point across without being pushy. Tony is a perfect example of what I class as the complete package.Sofology at Rotherham was the first place we looked at for Sofas and we were greeted by Tony at the entrance. The welcome was spot on. Perfect balance of information given and time to leave us to browse. When we wanted help Tony was available.We must have come back about 3 maybe 4 times because we weren't sure as to what sort of sofas we wanted and constantly having to bring one of our 2 children with us which is a nightmare in itself.Tony was always patient with us and I only wanted to be served by Tony. I gave my email to make sure Tony would be available when we would arrive in store.We visited SCS, DFS, furniture Village and a couple more. Some were overly pushy and as soon as they found out we weren't buying on the day they were dismissive and quite rude on the farewell. Some weren't overly bothered.I knew after looking around that we wanted to go back and choose our sofas with Tony. We had an idea and measured up only to realise the combination we were thinking of just didn't seem right, they were going to fit but it would have been to close to the TV. I showed Tony some photos of our layout and we thought a 3 and 2 seater sofa combination would be better.Tony recomended some products and services and we purchased the order with some extras as they were qualified perfectly.I can't speak highly of Tony. Anyone I speak to about my sofas will know to go and see Tony at Sofology Rotherham!Thank you Tony!Your an absolute Legend!
