Just a few lines to express our gratitude for the great job Shaun Whitfield made of our bathroom. The Showermania staff were also exceptional, very helpful and went the extra mile to assist with product choice, John in particular.Shaun Whitfield project managed our job from the outset including co-ordinating delivery. Shaun's attention to detail and high standards resulted in a finish we were exceptionally pleased with. A photo record kept us abreast of progress and demonstrated Shaun is as particular about the work which is 'unseen' as well as the fittings on show. Maintaining a very clean and tidy work space along with the efforts of his young assistant Rob, we could hardly see where they had been. Always of a pleasant demeanour it was a pleasure to have both these men work in our home.We would have no hesitation in recommending Shaun and Showermania most highly.Thanks for a great job.John and Jane Douglas

Our Showermania supplied bathroom refit has just been completed by Shaun Whitfield. I can honestly say it has been stress free from start to finish. The staff at Showermania were excellent with help and advice without any pressure to buy.When it came to the installation Shaun sorted everything and nothing was too much trouble even when unexpected problems arose. We were kept up to date with photos of his progress and his attention to detail is second to none leading to an outstanding finish. Both he and Rob were courteous and the house clean and tidy at the end of each day. It is not often you can say it is a pleasure to have workmen in your home but this was certainly one of them. Thank you Shaun and Rob.

Outstanding from start to finish. We have just had our bathroom installed by Shaun Whitfield and it is amazing. From the moment you go in you get a fantastic service from Stan and his team nothing is to much trouble. Everything was there and to the highest quality of I could give more than 5 stars I would. As for Shaun his workmanship is to the highest standard every little detail is done to a high class standard he is one of the best people I have had do work for me. If you are looking for everything in one place then go showermainia.

I was recommended shower mania by a friend for two bathrooms I needed updating. I was very impressed with the service and choice. The staff were very helpful and gave excellent advice. We were given a number of plumbers from them and went with Shaun Whitfield who was brilliant couldn’t fault his work or his advice nothing was too much trouble . He is a perfectionist and we felt totally confident the job would be perfect. Both bathrooms are fabulous and at the end of both jobs everything was left immaculate. I would with out doubt recommend him and shower mania.

Worst retail experience ever. Bought a sink, drawer unit, thought it was black as hard to tell on screen. Box had dark blue on it, opened lid of box, blue, closed lid and Longbenton branch refused exchange for grey. Bought over phone, denied consumer rights of distance selling rules. Totally disgusted after spending over £1,500. Totally disgusted, simply avoid as once got your money they are simply not interested and ignore your consumer rights.

Visited many suppliers in the North-East to ensure we received the best products and service. We visited Showermania in Benton on numerous occasions for help and advice and could not fault the service.Very knowledable ,experienced and trustworthy staff.Would not hesitate to recommend them.A big thank you to all the guys down there especially to Shaun who persisted in getting our choices finilised.A huge thank you to Shawn Whitfield who was highly recommended to carryout the project.A first class job from start to finish.

Service and advice very good by the staff at Showermania. Good selection of goods to choose from. We used Shaun Whitfield, fitter as recommended by Showermania and he provided us with an excellent service from start to finish. Very professional and easy to talk to. He kept us informed constantly as work progressed. All aspects of his work were of a high standard and a good quality finish. Very clean and tidy.Would certainly recommend him!

We bought everything we needed for the refurbishment of our downstairs loo from Showermania Benton. I visited several times before making my decision and received great advice from Shawn and John. They are both very knowledgeable and patient and there was definitely no hard sell. On a recommendation from a friend, Shaun Whitfield did the installation for us and we couldn’t be happier. His work is of a very high quality. He is a craftsman who sets himself a very high standard. Nothing was too much trouble and he kept us well informed throughout. He tidied at the end of each day, reducing the disruption and stress for us. We would automatically go to Shaun for any future work, without a doubt.
