Shockingly bad customer service.

called in this morning for a present for my dad.we called into the Darlington store a few weeks back. having chatted to the fella behind the counter who had us talking for ages and proved very knowledgeable. we said we would come to the durham store too.so calling into today we were early which mattered not because the same guy was there and only too happy to serve us. He Suggested a proiten bar which i was sceptical about but proved the right decision. it was really good!!really good shop and brilliant member of staff. wont hesitate to come back.

The staff in here are amazing so helpful and informative, helped me pick supliments that were right for me not like other places that just try sell you the expensive products.

Ordered from these guys after a google search. One of the products I had ordered was out of stock. They got in touch with me explaining and apologising about the stock issue, offering me a partial refund or a full refund. I asked if there was something similar for the out of stock product if not just send the product that was in stock. They got back to me quickly saying they will send 2 x ashwaghanda which was more expensive but will do so as a gesture of good will for the inconvenience. Lets set aside the ashwaghanda, the fact that they got in touch with me quickly and asked what id like to do , doing so via text which for me is so much more convenient than voice messages, calls or emails would have earnt these guys this 5* review. The ashwaghanda has earnt them an 11/10 and should I need anything else I will def be checking these guys out again.
