I called Millets of Monmouth in the morning as I was in desperate need of walking boots for a trek I was doing the next week and having moved house I could not locate my boots or trousers anywhere. Phil spoke to me and was informative, kind and friendly assuring me they could help me. When I arrived in store later the same day Phil had gone but Jess was incredibly knowledgeable and I ended up with the best pair of Berghaus walking boots, some.waterproof over trousers, a buff and a cheeky little towel too!! Strongly recommend this store!

Been into the Monmouth store a few times lately as we set up a new caravan. Excellent customer service. A real pleasure to be helped and guided by all members of the staff. A credit to Millets and shining example of what customer service should be. Wish more places had staff like these guys. Thanks!

Fairly terrible shop. Full of poor quality outdoor type clothes, shop is overly full and staff quite useless. If you want a jacket to keep the rain off while walking the dog, it's fine. Only good thing us they stick Merrell outdoor shoes, which are good shoes and I buy a pair a year there. Otherwise I avoid totally.

Ordered Ann tent extension by telephone which is 24-7 at a very good price delivery free as not at home had it delivered to the nearest millets which was a couple of days and went and picked it up. I found them both on the phone and in the shop very friendly and really helpful. Of course the beauty of on the phone you can ask them questions about the product. And they are cheaper than go Outdoors.

Amazing customer service!! When I was looking for a specific backpack and Millets didn't have it in stock, Georgia ordered the bag directly to my front door from their warehouse! They also helped me find the perfect hiking boots for my upcoming trip on the Cotswold Way!

Visited during the Black Friday promotion. Some great deals but as with most places, don't seem to cater for size 13 feet and wasn't able to get boots I needed. Got a great backpack though, so swings and roundabouts.

Phoned to answer a query on a fault good. Went beyond the needs to help and sort out the issue, sending us to a nearer store who didn't help at all !!!!Would definately recommend.
