I already got £65 pcn on top of that they charge me £10 pound their charge..it happened twice.that is not fair..i ask them to talk someone,provider said you can only email them..And I had flat tire and I asked for break down they said you have to pay your own!what is the point having break down cover?they suppose to help us not taking advantage!!!

Marco was exceptional professional the way he handled my query. Made the whole process of hiring a car seamless. Thank you to the professionalism during my visit . It would have been nice if Marco had gone through the control of the car I hired. Had to figure out myself.
