Lucy pierced my ears and couldn’t have asked for a more lovely person. So chatty and made me feel at ease. Would recommend!!

Amazing overall experience provided by Tasha, seemingly single handedly running the store on a very busy half term day. Showed exceptional level of of care and competence when piercing my wife’s ear and discussing the options including aftercare - left a lasting impression, she is true credit to the company and in particular the store.

My daughter had her ears pierced here and the lady who did them (sorry forgot her name!) was excellent. Explained everything clearly and did a great job with the piercing. My little girl absolutely loves her new earrings!

The staff here need a wake up call. There are 2 people doing piercings and 1 on the till. 1 of the girls piercing had a manager badge on. I stood for literally 15 minutes, from before someone even sat down, through the whole process of the waiver, the piercing , the clean up of the station, then the customer wanted to look at extra jewellery until I was even looked at or spoken to... all I wanted was to purchase some items from the jewellery cabinet. Which I was told they had nothing to sterilise them with, so I couldn't have the jewellery put in, in store.Then after wearing the nose piercing jewellery for 2 weeks, 3 of the 6 stones have fallen out. I've not played with it or taken it out at all yet here we are...It's a packed out store in a tourist thoroughfare... get more staff. What a joke.Cheap quality, terrible service & a waste of money.I will never buy from a Claire's store again.

After an atrocious experience in Claire's at Scarborough, this was the complete opposite! The staff were absolutely amazing with my 2 daughters, and even apologised for the way we were treat in Scarborough. I'm pretty sure their names were Blue, Lizzy & Ivy (So sorry if that's wrong!) - you're a credit to the company. Thank you so much :)

Great women was lovely and did a great job with my 2 year old daughters ears.

Just had our ears pierced with Alice who was very professional, friendly and looked after us so incredibly well.

Girl who did the piercing gets a 5* the cost and con of the aftercare lotion included in the price (£15.00) total £40.00 for one helix piercing. I haven’t had a piercing for years and when I recovered from the shock 5 minutes later found Accessorize was £15.00 so my friend had a second piercing done! UPDATE! Found out after I’d called the shop that the Helix piercing is 20 gauge! I wanted to buy a white gold earring that I didn’t need to change and all the top quality earrings are in the larger 16 or 18 gauge so I’ll now in 5 months be going to have my ear pierced to the right size, non of this information is given to you pre-piercing for you to have the option!

Just had my piercing done by Andrea she was super friendly and amazing, explained everything perfectly did a great job can’t wait to do another one soon at Claire’s.
