Avoid this shop - you have been warned. We bought a bat for £140 and my son played for less than a month after oiling and proper knocking. Bat had a serious damage mark. We took to the shop and these guys were aggressive. All three staff including 2 senior members and one owner called Vinay kept on saying that its my son's fault and bat is proper and nothing can be done and will be done.This is suppose to be a convenient shop that's the reason we use it. This is the first time we had a problem and shop owners totally refused to take the ownership even when the bat is under warranty.Please do not buy any expensive stuff from these guys. They are crooks and will do nothing even if it is their merchandise which is substandard. Buy online, from sports direct, from decathlon, and from other speciality cricket stores - at least you will have some recourse and prices will be lower than these crooks.

Easy and straightforward to deal with. Good quality and excellent value VKS own brand pads and gloves that regardless of that value are actaully the best I've had.

I've been going here since I was 12. I'm now 24. The range of products and helpfulness of the Bedi family has remained of the highest standard. They've always done their upmost to help me, especially when my bats broke!

Vinay and his team in VKS have a good knowledge of all cricketing products. They have a wide range of products to choose from that cover all aspects of cricket. I was looking for light cricket products without compromising on the strength or safety and VKS have been able to help me with this. Very unhelpful staff, not recommended.I had visited VKS to purchase an adult cricket bat. I was ready to pay a premium price for the premium bat but the staff hardly paid any attention. We checked out the GN highest range and three GM 2023 player edition bats. Obviously I liked the bats and accordingly, wanted to understand the profiles for each of these (basics like ping, hitting zones, weight distribution, etc.). All I got told was, go to their website and read it up, which I had already done, as part of my research, before visiting the store. The salesman didn't even know anything about the warranty policy. While purchasing a £550 bat from store, I expected more help and imperial guidance, which was completely missing and hence I had to return empty handed.Hope this gives enough detail for the owners to look into.
