Have used Brandon Hire a couple times now and always get an amazing service. The machines are looked after, the prices are far more reasonable than the other local hire company, but it's the customer service that prompted my review. I can't recall the guy's name from my first visit (sorry), but on this occasion after I nicked the cable with the sander :/, Grant was really understanding, helped me get organised with a new part so I could finish the job and even gave me an extension to the morning so long as I had it back for opening time with no extra charge. We've got half a house still to renovate, so will definitely be back!
