Abysmal customer service. Went to use the check out and the cashier shrugged at me and pointed at the self-scan check outs instead. Then when I required assistance at the self-scan, the same cashier eventually came over and then was very rude about my ability to use the self-scan machine.As a former Sainsbury's employee I'm shocked at how far the standards have slipped.The store is difficult to navigate because of the mess left by the staff replenishing the shelves, and then the staff are rude to you when you try to purchase your goods.Thankfully there are a range of alternative shops nearby!

Great customer service. However they are storing cucumbers outside of the fridge. When I spoke to manager he explained there was no space in fridge. This was acceptable. He clearly has no concept in health and safety protocols and may need further training. As recently I've brought 2 cucumbers that were spoiled and showed him one in the box that was also spoiled. By storing them outside in 30*temperature health and safety is not being carried ⁹out and the food is becoming spoiled and contaminated this makes the food inedible and unsafe and shows that this store manager needs proper health and safety training. Sainsbury must follow food and safety regulations and is clearly breaching them, in this case.

As there are not many shops around it's the best one to just jump and buy few products you need. You can find basically everything, the prices aren't the best though.

Staff is always helpful and kind. Mohamed was awesome on my last visit. And young Alex is kind and would always ask how are you and would do his best to help. Honestly I work in similiar environment and have all the staff at their top is very hard.

I bought a coffee. I told the security I wanted to get my receipt. That I paid already. He made me pay it two times. So a costa coffee for almost £8. Awesome.

Very good access for people who can't use the stairs. The shop is small but with all basic items. The staff are mostly friendly and helpful.

I would give minus for Deliveroo because what you order is not available so you end up paying £10.00 for bananas because of service fee.This has happened to me more than 5 times but I have no choice because of working from home. I have asked a staff to update their product availability but heh! still a massive fail.You will loose alot of customers this way if you don't update your products!Alternatively the staff are very friendly, and the shopping experience is 100% better!

The worst Sainsbury's locals go in walk in to get a meal deal and staff members will throw anything away because the fridge was down It was a lot of other room they could have merged things with No they have to decide to throw everything out I will not be using this change with local again I walked out went to co-op just across the way
