I Have been with Oracle Dental Group in Coggeshall for many years and have always been impressed by the level of care I have received. I have been treated by several different dentists during that time and they have been supported by friendly and efficient staff. Whatever treatment you need, it is always fully explained. They are extremely kind and caring and put you completely at ease. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Dentist is fine, receptionist is absolutely horrible. About as useful as a chocolate teapot and about as amicable as a swarm of hornets. Multiple friends and family have had the same experience - perhaps has forgotten she’s only the receptionist and not a dentist.

Only giving it one star as there is no option for none!DO NOT USE THEM!I have been with them for many years and was great while Nick was there but now is terrible. I wanted to move practice but needed a fit to transfer check up first. They said I was fit to move but now I can get excepted on the plan as I need work done that was missed. I can pay for it or go back to have it done but I don’t trust the work to go back so will have to pay!!So cross

Very quick appointment after reporting pain in tooth. Tooth removed without any pain. Lots of information given to decide course of action. Staff very considerate and friendly
