The standard car wash not too bad but their valets are are carried out too fast and marks and dust that are not stubborn are missed everywhere. Its like your paying for a valet but get a quick standard clean, underneath the shiny chemicals the car isnt actualy as clean as it should be after a full valet.

Paid £40 for a mini valet.Worst clean I have ever had.Dirt still on seats. Not cleaned down the side of the seats and there were smears all over the interior and windows.Ended up cleaning it when I got home.Was my partners car and she has used them a lot. She was shocked how it was cleaned. Will not be going back

Generally speaking I can't deny that quality of the services provided are quite good.Having said this, as I waited for the work to be completed, I did notice a few areas on my own car as well as those of various customers where obvious patches of dirt had been missed (usually these were at the back corners of the vehicles)My main complaint however is the pricing model:I made an initial payment for the full wash & valet service"

I paid £12 for a wash and polish. When I got home, in the dry a few minutes away, I was disappointed to see streaks of dirt on several different parts of my car. No attention to detail, too quick and little attention to detail.

I've used this hand wash a number of times now. The results on your car are always very good, however, once you start using your car again, you can spot the parts where they haven't taken as much care as you might have.Sometimes the staff can be a little rough around the edges and blunt (perhaps bordering on rude?) and the prices you're quoted can vary from session to session.I've paid with card before, but they seem to prefer cash.

Fairly good clean, not a bad price. However you always need to do a bit more when you get home, both inside and out.If asking for a level 3... Double check the air freshener has been added / replaced.Quick turnaround times, usually have 3 / 4 working in your car so can safely take my car here if pushed for time.I'll be back

Paid £50 to have a full valet if small 4 door hatchback as carrying dogs made interior more dirty than normal. The charge was because of the extra work. I am almost 70 & have limited mobility. When they’d taken 20 minutes & finished I paid them. On my return home I noticed that the interior had not been cleaned properly whatsoever. Outside the wheels hadn’t been cleaned properly & the vent of the bonnet was wedged with leaves & debris. It is fair to say that I will never use ishine again & reccomend others not to waste their time & money. The 1 star is for the fact that they used water.
