Very upsetting experience. My family waited over an hour for food, and my food arrived 1.5h late. We found facial hair in the rice, and the T-bone wings and ribs were raw. Drinks came 20 minutes after half of us had finished our food. The J20 was flat. The waitress asked us to repeat our drinks order despite her noting it down and came back 10 minutes later to say the Oreo milkshake is out of stock. We asked for napkins and drinks three times.Overall, lazy customer service, poor hygiene, no sense of urgency from staff and it was a waste of time. Three families had left their tables because they were waiting a long time to be served. The supervisor (?) denied there being a hair in the food despite showing photo evidence, gave no apology and had a defensive attitude. The staff in the kitchen don't wear suitable PPE to cover their hair.The bill was only lowered by 20%.Before we arrived, I had booked a table for 18:30 and came to find that our table hadn't been booked and that there would be a 20 minute wait due to low staff. My family and I were seated at a table that wasn't cleaned from the previous customers. No menus were given to us. I was hopeful that the rest of the experience would be good from the Instagram and TikTok videos I'd been seeing. Unfortunately that wasn't the case.I had lost my appetite and didn't touch my food so I can't comment on the taste. However it looked very flavourful and well presented. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone despite there being a lot of potential. Very disappointing.

When we went there was no customers in there. The food came quick aswell as the drinks. The steaks do take longer than most things.

Come here with my partner and two children.The kids meals was cheap but big portions. The chilli beef chips... they was bits of beef not just mince that you get from normal restaurants. My partners burger was massive and he didn't even finish it.The presentation of the food. The service and the taste was incredibleWill definitely be coming back!.Amazing food!.Thanks, see you again soon!

Arrived and had to wait nearly an hour for what we requested was a medium steak, after the lengthy wait the steaks came out well done and very dry. We were told that it was due to the defrosting required for the dry age steaks, this was dinner time and it specialises in grill meats I would of thought they would have some defrosted? However we did get 10% knocked off the bill and the staff were more than helpful and polite

This restaurant is lovely and the food is fantastic. The milkshakes are fantastic and the staff are so friendly its out of his world. highly recommend it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic food and service at this gem of a restaurant!We came upon this place purely by chance, and we were so pleased we did.The steaks and burgers were exceptional, everything seasoned with so much flavour, you could taste the quality of the meat.We shall definitely be back.

Amazing place just off the high street. Staff are really friendly and helpful! Food really tasty and great prices. Grab one of their milkshakes, brilliant!!!

Went on a Monday night. We were a group of 10 and had reserved a table in advance as it's a 100% halal restaurant.When we ordered the server said it was going to be 30-45 minutes for the food, which we were fine with.What was awful was the 2.5 hour wait that followed. It was 2 hours before any food showed up. And during that time no-one even come to ask us if we wanted anything past the original soft drinks we ordered.The food was served not as meals people had ordered but as singular dishes - I was lucky and got both of mine within about 5 minutes of each other - my friend was not so lucky getting his chips at the start and then his burger 40 minutes later.Takeaway orders were flying out the door, so my recommendation is to order for delivery rather than dine in.I would be absolutely raving about the food was it served in the 30-45 minutes we expected, but the service just let it down.

New Halal restaurant in Southend, Essex.Alcohol-free bar serving mocktails and 0% alcohol (beers & wines).Food was very tasty and portions were big.Really enjoyed the buffalo wings, char’s chilli beef dirty fries, mozzarella dippers, and the burgers - would recommend them all.There is plenty of seating inside and the restaurant is clean. There is a car park right next to the restaurant, where you can pay & display for parking.Some areas they could improve on: the service was a bit slow, as all the food arrived at different times with about 20 minutes in between. Music was a bit loud and some of the songs were explicit, which isn’t family friendly; they should play chart hits and make sure it’s the censored versions. There is also a bit too much variety on the menu; I think they should reduce it, so it doesn’t put so much strain on the kitchen staff to make a million different things, and this would probably improve the issues with service aswell.Also, there is a page of desserts but none of them were in stock except for the chocolate fudge cake - which was quite small for £5 and I would’ve liked if it was served warm with some ice cream.Nevertheless, I think this restaurant has great potential and I would happily go back.
