Absolutely stunning hotel in a beautiful location. All members of staff were so attentive and made my birthday stay just superb. The dining room ambience is beautiful and relaxed, and the quality of food is amazing. I can highly recommend it.

Had an extremely pleasant afternoon here with my family. The staff are so welcoming. To anyone travelling through the Cotswolds I would definitely recommend this as a wonderful place to visit. The gardens are a symphony of nature's delights.

My wife and I stayed for one night to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. The whole experience was outstanding. We dined in the Atrium. Charles Smith is worthy of a Michelin star. Incredible experience. Waiting staff are knowledgeable, attentive and invisible all at the same time.Would definitely return.

Popped in for an afternoon tea. Setting is very nice, great welcoming staff, and scones are delicious! Only negative would be to provide a bit more clotted cream.Dog friendly too which is great

We went there with my family while visiting the village, we asked for an afternoon tea but understandably was only with reservation, considering that was during the weekend. We asked if we could buy a bottle of water. The man at the reception also gave to us some glasses of water and asked if we want to use the toilets, while asking and Italian waitress pass by and as he noticed that we were Italian showing us where they were. We didn’t try either the hotel or restaurant but definitely they are really kind and if we will be back in the area we will definitely book and stay there! Thanks

I recently celebrated a special occasion at the restaurant. The afternoon tea was exquisite. The service was professional. The views from the manor house were superb and, after the tea, we enjoyed a wonderful stroll in the gardens. However, even if a place like this should deserve a 5 star rating, I am obligated to deduct two stars because of two faux pas (and I never ever make an exception with these circumstances): (1) the restaurant decided unilaterally to include a generous tip in the bill and, even worse, (2) I was asked if I wanted to eliminate the tip if I had not been fully satisfied with the service. No need to say that I felt twice insulted. This kind of businesses should know better that appreciation is something customers grant at their own free will.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon & had the most wonderful experience.The staff here is unmatched. Every single individual we interacted with was personable, professional and went above and beyond.Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It's in a beautiful cotswolds location, perfect for country walks but also easily accessible to Stow and Bourton.The food & drinks were also a treat. We had dinner here every night and enjoyed everything we had.We highly recommend staying here!

A beautiful Manor House hotel located in a small village in the Cotswolds. Lots of history with stunning gardens and spacious, charming rooms. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and upgraded our room on arrival. Relaxing lounges to chill out and play some games before a delicious three course A la carte dinner. Finally after a delightful sleep a mouth-wateringly cooked breakfast was delivered to our room to enjoy at our leisure. 10/10 thanks guys…..

A great place to get away from busy city for a few days. The manor is very well maintained and the rooms are beautiful. The food at the restaurant is very good and customer service is excellent. We really enjoyed our stayed here.

Afternoon tea for my mum's birthday. The reception manager was so accommodating with our booking, and the entire experience was just perfect. They went out of their way to make a fuss of my mum and really made her feel special. Attentive and well trained staff. Fantastic food and drinks. Couldn't recommend it more - and will be telling all our friends and family! Thank you.
