Absolutely delighted with the customer service at M.A.R International. Drove past this shop many times after work and always wanted to go in to make a purchase. Thanks to click and collect and the brilliant customer service over the phone I was finally able to purchase enough stock for my personal gym to stay active over the lockdown. The quality of the heavy bag is really good unlike what you would get at Argos, sports direct or any other retailer. I would be returning for more gear in future and recommending to my friends. Thanks for throwing in the posters etc.

They were great right from the start, communication was spot on from the moment I placed an order right through until I received it. Will shop with them again. The customer service representatives went above and beyond than what I have expected of them. 10/10

Ordered an item, paid extra for express shipping and waited the whole day. No one phoned to tell me that the item was not going to arrive. Then the excuses, and no compensation whatsoever. I would never buy anything from this company.

Outstanding customer service. Ahmed drove all the way down to London from Birmingham, to help me with a few things with my punch bags. He rectified things very quickly & I'm extremely grateful for MAR International. They really go above & beyond for their customers. Thank you Ahmed!

Bought a freestanding bag didn't slot properly contacted the seller no luck contacted the manufacturer and they weren't interested.Next one I buy will be through Wavemaster kicking myself I didn't wait and pay a bit more.Moral of the story you get what you pay for.

Always get my gear from them, good set of lads run this place.

Disappointed with the service overall. Was looking to set up an account with them to supply my club with kit, equipment etc, however on initial contact they did seem to take my business seriously at all.I then went to order a set of uniforms to see if they would be suitable for my club, I had to return one as it was the wrong size, which was disputed when I talked to them on the phone about it. I had to pay for postage even though it says in their returns policy that they will pay for returns if there is a fault with the item. A replacement was sent however very quickly which was the correct size and fit perfectlyI then ordered two sets of shorts again hoping to use them as part of our club uniforms, but the items sent out did not match the images advertised. When I queried this with them, the lady I talked to was extremely patronizing, as if to say that I should expect and accept anything that was given to me. I will be returning the shorts, hopefully I will receive a full refund and I will be taking my business elsewhere.Extremely disappointing as on first site their inventory matched what I had been looking for for a while. I was hoping to build a strong relationship with MAR International, however their customer service is well below what I hoped for. Will be taking my business elsewhere, where it is respected.

Extremely helpful. I was in a tight spot for comfortable, quality gear and I was well looked after. Very helpful and friendly service. Will be returning next time I'm in the area.
