Total Cycling

Brought my daughters (6) bike in in Jan for repair. the service was brilliant and as my daughter had to pay for the repairs (life lessons :) ) she was treated just as any other customer. Now this week I have left my own bike in for repair and again have received a great service and the price is just unbeatable.

I believe they are still trading ??Got an email confirmation regarding my purchase BUT it told me that the goods had shipped. Waited and waited , sent emails and tried to phone the shop. NO response. Sent an message on an old face book page that had not been updated since 2015. Got a message back telling me that they are still trading goods and my goods will be sent out to me. I am giving them 3 days. The company's info is on line and the owner done his annual returns in Febuary. But there has been a mass company resignation . Check out the companies overview on line . I still smell a rat. Will be reporting the company to Trading standards and the police if i don't get any goods by Wednesday.***STORY UPDATE**** So yes i got my goods BUT i had to chase them. Emails, phone calls were not answered but after they had answered me on facebook i got the goods in a week.. So i put the order in on the 17/10/16 and got my goods on the 26/10/16 - 10 days but i feel if i did not chase them it could of been a lot longer. Don't think it is a scam shop just very poor customer service.

Friendly efficient service. Amazing knowledge and professionalismGreat knowledge, fantastic customer service, extremely friendly on the phone. I got a part for my Colnago which I couldn't find anywhere else and believe me I tried. I ordered on Friday morning and it was with me on Saturday first thing (Northern Ireland to Wales). That's what I call service. The part fitted exactly and I now have a smooth bike again.

Ordered parts during COVID-19 and one of the items I ordered were out of stock. Total Cycling reached out to me promptly stating that they would have to order the parts from their suppliers. Good fast customer service. Great products.

Ordered an Elite Qubo Smart B+ turbo trainer on Friday & it arrived Monday. Good price on an item that seems to be out of stock everywhere so very pleased with the whole transaction.

I was looking for Campy parts for my bike and found them on the website. It is easy to use and very friendly. I made the order and 4 days later they had not shipped. I sent an email to the customer service and so the reviews on this website and was extremely worried they would not ship and that I got scammed. I called them and got an answering machine. However, two days later, I got an email reply, apologizing that that the parts I had are out of stock and would need a few days to arrive, or alternatively they could do a refund. I sent them back that if its a few days, I need the parts and sure enough they got shipped in two days later and arrived. So all in all, they are OK.

I find it a great place, with delightful customers..

just trying to get my first order setup with a valid address and MC card. Get nothing but errors from site, can't even place an order. no one responds to emails and phone # does not work from here.

Let me be clear here: when I placed my order (on a Sunday) and wasn't able to reach this store to confirm my order on the next day because nobody was picking up the phone, I became worried and started checking their ratings on resellerratings etc. (I know, I should have done it before placing my order, not after, but anyway). When I saw other people's comments about bad customer service etc.I became very upset and even started looking for alternaties. But then I managed to reach the shop via a different phone number listed on the totalcycling's facebook page, and Mike from the shop explained to me that it was St. Patrick's day and therefore there was no one at the store. The following day I managed to reach the actual store (Mark, if I remember correctly) who made sure that my order was processed urgently and went out on that same day. Since I requested rush delivery, the following day (on Wednesday) I already had my order delivered to me in London. I couldn't be happier about the whole experience because I was only staying in London for 2 days, and if Mark hadn't been responsive enough, I would've left before my package arrived.Normally, I don't post reviews online (unless something really bad happens and I feel the need to complain) but given how low ratings of these guys are, I though it would be fair if I share my positive experience for a change.

I needed to replace the hoods on my Campy Potenza shifters and Total Cycling in Northern Ireland were the only place I could find any. No worries though as they were reasonably priced and arrived well packaged within three days.
