Magic Grill

Food wasn't packaged properly and the box collapsed as soon as we walked out of the shop. We went back to ask for a refund but the staff were rude and unhelpful, they refused to offer any refund or replacement.

Ordered a chicken fillet burger. It arrived with a white creamy substance on it that looked as if it had been attempted to be scraped off. I'm allergic to cheese so I call and ask them what it is. They tell me its not cheese but they can't tell me what it actually is. I say well I can't eat it if I don't know what it is. I have a serious allergy. The guy gets very hostile and says he'll come look at it. He comes, looks at it for like 2 seconds and says it's not cheese and gets very aggressive and starts yelling (my housemate heard the noise on the second floor). I say well I'm not eating it. He offers another one but with his attitude (and the fact they don't even know what's going into there food) I just don't trust him to cook my food. I want my money back. He refuses and storms off. Will never order again. Very abusive and hostile and they don't know what's going into there food.

OK however I ordered online and paid for delivery, but they said the driver wasn't available so I had to collect the order. Didn't refund the delivery charge. They said they'll put in extra meat but I didn't notice anything extra.

Always a delay. In the shop it’s a delay of food even when there’s no one. Even for delivery always 45mins to over and hour late even when the location is close by. Ridiculous when the food is already ready in the warmer. Just so slow. Evry other chicken and chop shop always fast. But this one for no reason just slow

The staff are brilliant, they cater for all your needs, the delivery drivers also are great.Food is always hot and delivery time pretty quick, always order from here. 10/10

This is usually my regular go to when I cba cooking. Usually fine, sometimes they get it wrong but I'm easy going I let it slide. Tonight, they've completely sent the wrong food, waited an hour not to happy but mistakes happen. Phoned them and received nothing but attuide. Told them I dont want the food and I want my money back. He told me he won't do it because the 'boss' wasn't in then put the phone down on me!

One of the worst kebab shops in Cardiff. Disgusting food and even worse customer service. Please do yourself a favour and do not purchase food from this place as i have had nothing but bad experiences with them. Just to let you know if you complain about how poor the food is, or how they messed up your order and how bad the customer service is over the phone they blacklist list your name, address and telephone number. And if you complain to the delivery driver he just takes your money and runs off as fast as he can away from your front door to his car. The owners of this place need a course on how to run a business as they obviously lack any simple basic skills in what they do. How can their cook not know a doner kebab actually comes served with pitta bread( i was told this by the manager himself on the phone), and that the kebab meat shouldnt taste like its been on the grill for 2 weeks, or that a extra peperoni pizza actually has to come served with peperoni ?Their loss as far as I'm concerned because canton has by far better takeaways than this place.

Probably the worst sauces and dips I've ever had. Diluted with 90% water which makes them too thin and tastes bland due to thinning with too much water. Chicken is also way too salty. Abit overpriced for the quality of food provided.
