Visited the shop yesterday. I was welcomed, the lady was very helpful, informative and made me feel at ease. Settled on a dress and what I wanted altered on the dress was no trouble to her, looking forward to trying on my finished dress. Highly recommend.

After a terrible experience at another bridal store which left me disheartened. I booked an appointment at Brocades Bridal Studo, Sittingbourne. I had an amazing experience. The choice of dresses (plus size too!) was endless! Ashleigh was fantastic and knew her dresses. Suffice to say I left very happy and with a dress on order, I can't wait to next year to wear it again. I would definitely recommend this shop to all brides.

Lovely ladies, reasonably priced and they really tried everything to make the dress look perfect on me! Helped me through every step offering advice and different things they could do to the dress to make it how I wanted. Can’t thank you enough for helping me find my perfect dress :)

From start to finish I've had nothing but a great experience with Brocades.Initially tried on many beautiful dresses until I found my yes dress, all of the ladies were very helpful and reassuring made me feel amazing inmy dress.I'd happily recommend brocades to future brides, good luck all. Xx

Highly recommend this bridal store. The ladies were so amazing and made me feel so at ease. There’s beautiful dresses at affordable prices. There’s an end of sale rail at £500 or less which is so good. There’s in house alterations even on the sale dresses. Honestly couldn’t recommend this store enough. I brought a beautiful dress and even changed a few bits. The alteration charges were the cheapest around. So worth every up and coming brides visit x

I used brocades bridal studio for the alterations in my dress (bought it at a different store). The staff were so lovely and helpful. Due to lockdown and postponements when I arrived my dress was a bit small. They reassured me that the dress could be altered to fit me and even gave me a few different options of how it could be done. Everyone was so lovely and professional and the alterations were reasonably priced as well and done quickly. Couldn’t recommend them enough. I just wish I’d heard of them before I bought my dress.

Nothing was too much trouble for the lovely ladies at Brocades. They made me feel like a princess, and I really appreciate all the time and effort they put in to help me find the perfect dress.
