Went into the store to buy a rucksack for my daughter's back-packing trip to Australia. I cannot thank Andy enough for the assistance he gave me.He was extremely knowledgeable regarding the choices I had. His expert advice made sure that I bought the best one available to suit my daughter's requirements.

Went in for the first time to get some bits last min and I couldn't believe just how extortionately priced things are in there with or without the membership card, shop around and get better deals, honestly

A few of the recent reviews mention the store was in a mess. That seemes to have been a temporary blip as I visited today and all was tidy and proper. The usual good service has recommenced.

Good shop and always really helpful, friendly staff. However when visiting the shop today it was EXTREMELY hot, like walking into a sauna. The heating seemed to be on full blast and must have been about 30 degrees in there. Very strange, and feel very sorry for the poor staff who have to endure the heat!

Have shopped at Go Outdoors for many years. Always been a positive experience. However, on our visit to Lincoln branch today, I had to walk out. The store was in an absolute mess. There was stock strewn everywhere. Empty drink bottles left on shelves. The floor covered in rubbish. It’s an accident waiting to happen. Not a good image for Go Outdoors. Get it sorted as you’re letting the brand down.

The staff (aside from one young lad) couldn't have been less interested in acknowledging the customers never mind providing a service. Items were showing as in stock and 'ready to collect' online however upon arrival I was told they were in fact not.

Had a visit today and the staff were very helpful. We managed to get what we needed at a really good price. The shop seem busy and was well stocked and very clean and tidy. Had to visit the toilet as well and found them to be very clean as well. Thanks for a great visit!!

Huge store with wide range of adventure clothing and camping paraphernalia. Visited again today 3rd October 2021 and was helped by a wonderful member of staff. She even went and got a chair for my father in law.

Good store with lots of choice and friendly staff. Prices are better if you have a members card but membership is cheap enough. Outside has recently been modernised so looks a lot more presentable than it used to be, unfortunately the inside of the store was a mess with cloths dumped on top of sale rails and boxes blocking aisles where they were putting out a delivery. That said, this isn't usually the case. They also have a good amount of tents on display inside too
