Today, the owner of this store helped me figure out where my package was and arranged with the courier to have it returned to me because I had sent the package to the wrong address. He didn't have to do this, but he showed empathy because he had been in a similar situation before and decided to help. Othman definitely a good person! This is now my go-to store for shopping!!))))

Nice clean and organised shop. There’s a blond woman that works there that always has a smile on her face, she’s very nice and polite, it’s always a pleasure to talk to her even if it’s for a little bit. To be honest she’s the only reason why I go there instead of other shops.

The rudest shop keeper I have ever met. I work in retail myself and if you don’t like serving people or offering a returns service then don’t offer it. Tried to return parcels multiple times and the attitude I get back is disgusting from the manager who told me “I’m wasting his time” and waved me out the shop.We will no longer be using this shop to buy hospitality drinks for our customers or staff purchases. Really did not need to be spoken to or shouted at when I have just worked a 10 hour shift myself.

S@#t experience. I won't recommend it to anyone to buy from this shop. I've been buying beer before 7am for almost 2 weeks in a row and all of a sudden they've woke up that they aren't allowed to sell alcohol before 7am. They probably choose randomly when and to who to sell it. Useless employee especially the la with glasses.
