Friendly and helpful personal trainer who I would highly recommend. Five star service and a great atmosphere to train in.

I’ve had personal trainers at high street gyms for 15 years and switched to Define 7 years ago to work around family life. I love it, it’s relaxed but professional, has a great mix of trainers with different skills. I was recently injured and loads of the trainers offered support, ideas and recommendations to get me back on the road. It’s a good mix of members, you can ether keep yo yourself and your trainer or join fun runs with a wider group a few times a year. One if the best things for me is no gym fee, you pay as you go; per session. I’ve trained predominantly with Andy the owner who is a fun, interested and all round good chap who is keen to progress you and find a trainer that fits you and your requirements. Seriously the best gym move I’ve made and I don’t leave reviews lightly, Sarah.

Very good equipment

Great place to train with a fabulous and supportive atmosphere. All of the clients are working with a personal trainer so none of the normal groups of people posing in your way. Other trainers and clients are supportive with a great range of styles amongst the trainers. The only gym I have stuck with.

Amazing personalised training sessions. Good range of equipment and lots of different trainers.My trainer is the best though and he has helped me get fit, stay fit and managed my dodgy knee for many years now!
