Fitters tuned up on time and got to work straight away. Listened to everything I had asked for and nothing to much trouble. Fitted windows, Door perfectly with no breaks and cleaned up after. Top quality items at good price would recommend to anyone and will use again if needed.

I run the Tower Bar in Livingston and needed 7 massive very unique shaped shop front size windows supplied and fitted in the pub, we received an absolutely fantastic service throughout the design and manufacturing process and the fitting was flawless, the end result exceeded all expectations inside and out, would definitely recommend the Window and Door Company to anyone looking

Our patio door window got smashed, and the Window and Door Company were very quick to respond and come out to assess what we needed. Within a week, the glass was replaced! Also, on the way out, they fixed our broken front door which saved us from a huge amount of trouble. Excellent service, super reasonable price, and wonderful customer service all round!

I was so impressed the first time I used them that I thought I'd give them first chance when I needed more doors and windows. I wasn't let down. Their new premises are fantastic and so were the team who dealt with me. None of usual sales pressure just good old honest assistance in a very professional way. Nothing was too much bother for them. After being let down by a supplier/installer of aluminium doors, we contacted the people at Window and Door Company. They were prompt in replying and helped a lot in us understanding what was possible for our house.They came 3 times to measure and re-measure, which only increased our confidence in the correct door and window being installed.We had to wait a while due to the manufacturer, and W&D staff kept us up to date with this, which helped us fit the install into our schedules. It was definitely a case of when we wanted the install to happen, not when W&D would do it.The installs were seamless. Perfect removal of our old units and installation of the new ones. This was down to their amazing staff. Andy is a marvel and a rare person who is excellent at his job (the workmanship is spot on), someone who cares about the customer being happy, and is also a right good laugh :) George too needs a mention, he and Andy tailor-made the surrounds perfectly.The staff involved in invoicing have also been great, prompt invoices sent and no queries or doubts about payment.The neighbours are jealous of us now, so that says something for how good our new door and window look. :)I'd happily recommend W&D Company to everyone. Top class!

Got my new front door fitted, very pleased with it. Just got new windows fitted this week . I am delighted with the quick fit and no mess from the fitters plus a big thank you to Andy the joiner who promptly sorted a slight problem I had. Would highly recommend this company. Thanks guys
