Fantastic service for my labradoodle puppy Ralph's first grooming experience today. Lynn was so attentive and as he's a shaggy pup rather than curly managed to sculp him without losing his personality. Will def b back.

Booked 8 weeks ago as we were leaving from the dogs appointment, turned up today and the shop was closed. Really disappointed. Completely wasted my morning. Totally understand that sometimes things crop up but give your customers a courtesy call at least!

My Old Age Pooch Monty just turned 15 and has arthritis. Team Cloud K9 done there best to ensue Monty was bathed and trimmed in a friendly, safe and comfortable manner. Thank you for taking care of my boy. See you next time.

Made a booking 6 weeks in advance, turned up at the appointment time to find the shop closed. Tried calling both numbers on their business card, no answer on either. I can understand that life gets in the way and booking may have to be cancelled but I would expect they at least contact their clients.

I used the salon a few times for my dogs and their haircuts would turn out great although last December I made an appointment for one of my dogs and couldn’t attend as I found fleas on him the night before! I had messaged the salon and never received a reply. Since that, I have tried to make an appointment a few times, but never heard from them.I have found a new groomer, but nonetheless, still a shame as I was happy with the service they provided.
