Awful! Coke was warm with no ice, and the chips were cold! This was the restaurant at Newtown, Wales, and we've had this experience before there, so won't be going there again!

Twice we went there and twice they missed things off the order. No staff on counter to tell and ended up having to shout to get someone to see me. Too busy behind the scenes. No straws and bins were overflowing and wasn't even that busy.

Food was a little slow at coming out. BUT it was 10 am on a Sunday morning. Sooooo? But the Guy who was cleaning up in there needs a medal. He was working so hard. He was very polite and helpful.

Very poor .all meals served with a flat warm drink with no ice .and no attempt to pre warn customers. It has been the same way hear for well over a week as the same thing happend last weekend.

Went to through messed my order and forced Me to go through again so they could give me the amount I ordered. Found out after that they had also messed up my original burger. But I couldn't bring myself to go around a third time.

Can't believe there was more fries and burgers on the floor than on the tables. Whilst I appreciate it was a very busy time, there is no excuse for uncleanliness. Very poor standard.Shame as it was our stop off spot on the way to the Welsh coast.

Another McDonald's. This one has a drive through.The McDonald's menu on offer. Sadly no coffee available without caffeine.The star are friendly and helpful.The restaurant was busy. Touch screen tablets are available to entertain children.The car park was busy with the obligatory person who took three spaces to themselves.If you like McDonald's you will enjoy your visit.

Had a pit stop on the bikes today on way to the coast. Always great to see the Golden Arches on our travels. Knowing ( in autumn / winter ) you can get hot food, Hot drinks and somewhere warm to thaw out when out on the bikes. Plus toilets on site and a free large car park to use. Seemed very quite today unless we were early than normal. Food and drink the usual McDonald's fare. Can't knock the breakfast it fills you up nicely and is a great way to start the day. Can use the app to order food and have it brought to you, Or use the counter or the screens by the front door.

Overall what should i Tell about FOODservice always nice never happend anything either in Drive-In or at the Counter (if so i will Update my Review)Ambiente is MC'Donalds they got Delivery Service and often full with Delivery Drivers(I am not against them or saying anything bad about them but Mc'Donalds should provide them a separate Room (thats my Opinion if i were the Manager i would surely
