What can we say ...excellent from the second we walked into the store to pick up of chair . Kindness , professional and efficient service. The rise and recline chair we purchased for my father was perfect ..We were under a lot of pressure NOT TO MENTION a 24hr deadline ..we can't thank you enough. ....100% highly recommended .

Bought his and hers riser recliners.lovely people in the shop and the delivery men.didnt feel rushed and they gave us plenty of time to decide.delivery was sooner than expected and the men were very professional and helpful. Would recommend them highly.great service .mr &mrs colbeck

Shire mobility is open on a Saturday morning. extremely useful for carers who work Mon-Fri 9-5 and when Saturday mornings are the only opportunity to shop for a disabled relative.We needed to buy a walking aid and the assistant was so attentive and helpful. I can’t recommend this company enough.Thank you for making our visit a pleasure.

I had a wonderful experience at Shire Mobility St James Mill Rd. I was made to feel at ease by very welcoming staff. I had an idea of what I wanted in a Mobility scooter but after talking to the staff they showed me that I really needed something tailored to my particular needs. The knowledge and expertise was excellent. All the staff were very caring and very professional.The best buying experience I have ever had.

Brought a mobility scooter for my dad yesterday. Cannot praise Miles enough on his professionalism and knowledge on helping us choose the right one. There was no hard sell at all, we were made to feel comfortable and dad had a trial run on his final selection. Delivered the very next day by Miles. Cannot thank him enough. Would fully recommend this shop for all your disability needs ❤️

The staff here are fantastic they talked to me rather than who's with me. All the staff know what there talking about. They have a lovely large store with a good selection off items and they don't try and sell you something you don't need. The store is well designed and well layed out.
