I'm sure it's a great walking spot, and the view is lovely, but the drive here felt like something out of a Stephen King novel and I had a mental breakdown driving down the narrowest part of the route. -10/10, would not recommend.

In early Nov 2021, Google map sat nav took us past this car park, downhill on Ash Lane - which is not a usable surfaced road for driving! It’s truly dangerous and impossible to reverse back up once we realised it was not a road for cars…I reported it on Google and THANKFULLY they have rectified this. Ash Lane from this car park westbound is no longer shown as a driving route. OK for walking and mountain bikes!

Not much space (5-6 cars), very narrow lanes to get to it with virtually no pssing places, better be good at reversing to think of parking here ;-)

Fine, pretty cheeky that you have to pay and display here now... So everyone just parks on the road, which makes it potentially quite dangerous

Handy parking for dog walking or just admiring the view..... Be careful driving up to this car park as there are few passing points and the track is heavily potholed
