I usually pop in to buy the wife some lingerie which is always great quality. But this shop is now run down and tired, stock draws which are usually tidy but are now strewn with items in any old fashion and the staff gift wrapping service has long gone. Could frankly do a lot better.

Friendly and welcoming staff, I would definitely recommend the store! Especially if you’re like me and aren’t sure on your sizing. The team then went out of their way to transfer a bikini over from another store, when it had sold out online - thank you very much for your help!!

Can Boux Avenue get any better? Went in to the shop yesterday to get my daughter some pjs for Christmas, the ones I wanted were not available in the shop in my chosen size, the store assistant got some ordered with free delivery and 20% off, they were delivered today, my daughter and I love Boux Avenue, the quality is brilliant and the prices are good.❤️

Lovely underwear and swimwear and pyjamas .Was quite surprised that there was larger sizes available as I'm an e cup so struggle sometimes. Was quieter than I expected on a bankholiday but always prefer to shop early and avoid the crowds .

Brough a lime green body suit with matching accessories and dressing gown. Everything fitted amazing and looked so good. Best little purchases I've made in a long time. Absolutely in love with them. And great staff also I have a card for some money of on next purchases also

I went in (without a booked appointment) but a lady called Sandra was soooo lovely and really helpful. I usually purchase from elsewhere but will be coming here from now on, just for the excellent customer service! Thank you. :)

Was super busy and crowded. When we asked staff for help, it seemed like we were inconveniencing them with some huffing and sighing, but maybe they were just so busy. A much better experience in the Oxford store a couple of weeks ago. Good selection of products and good quality.
