Movewise Removals

This has been one of my best international move experiences! I am very pleased and extremely satisfied with the entire end to end move process carried out with Movewise Removals in July 2021 i.e. from a very clear quotation process (with no intended charges being hidden), the Move Coordinator Elisia was very helpful & fast in responding to queries, the move crew themselves (thank you Clayton!) did an excellent job to provide accurate arrival times (for both collection and delivery drop-off points), very carefully handled our goods, and always very friendly & professional. Overall the move itself was very well organised, great transparency, very timely pick up/drop off, fast transit (24 hours door to door from Spain to the UK!!). It gave us all the ingredients for a peace of mind!! Great work Neil, and well done Movewise Removals, and please keep going in this direction!! AND: THANK YOU!!

They helped us with our move from Spain to Scotland and were excellent. Kirsty in particular was a delight to work with. She was very responsive, always accommodating (we had a few changes), patient, understanding and cheerful. Would thoroughly recommend.

First of all, my shipment was stuck in the UK for an extra month.Second of all, my shipment was sent to a destination other than what I was advised it would be (Jeddah rather than Dubai)Then it was delayed over a month, whilst sitting in Jeddah, and noone provided an update.Wholly unprofessional, slow to respond to emails, and generally dismissive once they have your money.

Movewise Limited may be a new business, but this does not show in there service. I personally dealt with a lady called Kirsty and her professional manner and experience was amazing. Kirsty gave us so much advise and never put us under any pressure to use them. No question was ever to small for her, she put us at ease through the whole moving process, I can not recommend this company enough.

Kirsty was my first point of contact and was a delight to deal with. She was very responsive, quick and clear when I asked questions. The quote, which was delivered with no nonsense and no hassle was very reasonable and comprehensive. She made the whole experience very easy and I am so happy I chose Movewise.For the actual move, the movers were communicative, helpful, polite and on time. They listened carefully to what I said and took the upmost care with my items and the properties. I also applaud their tetris / packing skills fitting everything destined for storage into the unit! :-)All in all a great experience and a company I would definitely be using again. Thank you

We decided to relocate to Jorox (Near Malaga) in Spain, as my partner and I hold dual EU and UK citizenship.I reached out to a number of providers and the one provider that stood out against its competitors was Movewise! From the point of reaching out to them, we were assigned Elisia who was beyond helpful, considering we wanted a collection date within 2 weeks for move of a mixture of large and small belongings to Jorox. (Corner sofa, large TV's, garden furniture, medium totes and a large bed mattress - 2 bed house).Aside from completing a few forms and an Excel spreadsheet to gauge your cubic metre / space requirements, everything was simple, no hassle or fuss and the responses on email from Elisia definitely gives you the comfortable feeling you need when your dealing with a stressful relocation to Spain from the UK. Our quote was confirmed, as was the collection day /time and week commencing delivery date.Our collection from Stafford UK couldn't be faulted, they called ahead, arrived and were super friendly, polite and moved everything we'd already packaged up and ready to go! (We took our time with packing everything securely, bubble-wrapping all our fragile belongings and also added our delivery address details, as well as numbering every parcel / box / package for ease through UK and Spanish Customs.) **ZERO issues with customs, therefore I strongly suggest everyone does the same, as advised by Movewise :-)**We arrived with our 2 dogs in Jorox, Spain and our delivery also arrived on the booked in date; Email and follow-up call confirming a time for delivery for ease and they actually delivered on a Saturday morning! The delivery team arrived on-time and again were super polite, friendly and were more than happy to off-load your belongings to any room as directed.In short - do your research and use Movewise as the service they offer is cost effective, reassuring, as per our quote, no additional charges, no damages and the communication is excellent too thanks for Elisia.Ps.. You'll note from my other reviews that I give honest, open and positive / negative feedback and my review is totally sincere. (I rarely take the time to provide full feedback, however due to Movewise providing such an excellent service, its hard not to acknowledge!Pps. They used a well know service provider (contracted out) and I know some people have mentioned that as a negative, however we experienced non whatsoever and I'm more than happy to share our experience on email / call if you contact Movewise direct.ThanksKieron

We were looking for a suitable company to relocate us from Glasgow to Coventry.We came across Movewise via Facebook recommendations. Completed the online form & was contacted by Elisia the same day, she assisted quoting stage, right up to the end.Elisia was very efficient and provided us with different options & provided a package which best suited us, reasonably priced especially given the distance.The van came bang on time, lads were very efficient and had us loaded up in no time, completed the move smoothly and rebuilt our furniture.Overall pleasant experience and I would certainly recommend.

We had our belongings shipped from France to the UK. From the start, til the very end, Movewise had excellent communication. Their goal was a successful move, but they also helped with the how tos" of shipping and answered all questions promptly. Price was also excellent. Highly recommend!"

Kirsty followed up after I needed a quote for a removal and was having trouble with so many companies. Elysia and Kirsty helped facilitate everything, from the documents I needed (bloody brexit) to the cost effective service and having the ability to help me move quicker than any other companies on the market ! So glad she followed up on the emails and so glad MoveWise was so helpful with everything ! I highly recommend using them and would be using them again if I had to move again

The company moved items from France to UK for us, and despite our concerns everything went super-smoothly - stuff collected as agreed and delivered to us on the next day.We dealt with Elisia from the company, and she was quick, flexible in negotiation and efficient. The driver George, who brought the stuff to our home in UK, was also polite and accurate.All in all, we're fully satisfied with their service and will gladly use them again in the future.
