Village Farm Getaway

Stayed here with friends over the long weekend. It was fantastic - everything was superb - the accommodation, the tractor tour, the swing, the games of volleyball, the fresh milk and eggs, the local pubs and the hot tub. highly recommend it :)

What an absolutely unique and wonderful place to stay. Audrey and Tim have cleverly catered for all desires - luxury safari tents that are beautifully, immaculately furnished with welcoming and thoughtful touches; plus all the necessities (fantastic log burner, fully equipped kitchen, lovely bathroom with heating, hot tub with amazing view, comfy beds with electric blanket for those more chilly nights, power etc) in a stunning rural setting at the heart of their dairy farm. A genuinely peaceful retreat with the option to get your wellies on and properly enjoy and learn about the farm. We fed calves, collected eggs every day, rode on tractors, built straw bale dens, played on rope swings and so much more. We didn't leave the farm in 4 days and still had plenty to do. Whether you are after a romantic retreat, reunion with friends or family holiday, Village Farm caters for all. This is a very special place with extremely warm and genuine hospitality.

Can't recommend this more highly. It is a beautifully tranquil place on a working dairy farm. The farm tour is an absolute must. Feed the chickens an collect eggs for breakfast. See the milking and let the kids enjoy the rope swing. Tim and Audrey did all they could to make our stay perfect. Plus it has a hot tub!

Lovely weekend at Village Farm Getaway. Tim and Audrey are very welcoming. Tim gave us a fantastic tour of the farm and a tractor ride over the fields. The tents were immaculate and the hot tub is very relaxing. I would thoroughly recommend a stay on the farm and enjoy the countryside.Easy five stars!!

Beautiful, peaceful countryside setting. Ideal for a restful holiday. Switch off the computer and get back to a natural rythym. We loved it.

We had a lovely long weekend at Village Farm Getaway. Loved the hot tub, log burner and fire pit. Loved the little extras such as fresh eggs in the morning, home baked brownies when we arrived and hot water bottles for cooler nights. Really enjoyed the undisturbed views of the fields and being able to walk around a working farm. The hosts were very welcoming.

Fantastic place for a luxurious camping weekend, with hot tub and fantastic views. It's worth doing a farm tour too :)
