Poor quality products and aggressive approach to chasing for money. Atlantis undertook some maintenance on my water softener which left it really noisy waking us up every night. They then submitted a claim against me through HMRC/reporting me to the government due to non payment, rather than just emailing me to solve the matter. Would not recommend using them one bit.

I've dealt with Atlantis over several years and can honestly say that their service and their products are second to none.I've recently purchased a refurbished unit from them which looks brand new. This was delivered quickly and, the old unit taken away because I was unable to arrange shipping due to illness.If you're looking for a water softener, look at atlantis first.

What a great company. Great aftercare. Had a problem with the flow regulator and they sent one out with instructions on how to fit it (simple enough) given labour charges can be high, I very much appreciated their advice on how to do it myself. Great telephone support. Company that cares about its customers which is rare these days. Wouldn't hesitate buying one their products again.

Great company top water softners. Staff provide great knoldge. Very helpful. You can buy water softners direct from there premises too.
