Ordered some Koken tools on Monday at 1.47pm, arrived through my door on Tuesday the next day at 1.35pm, I know this because I was heading out of my door when they were delivered.Now that's what I call service!!!!Genuine tools from a genuine company, they even threw some Koken tool box stickers in the package, what a great company.First time using this company but by no means the last.

Always excellent service from UK Tools.I've ordered from them a number of times, and do so more and more frequently. They're always great, very quick dispatch and delivery, very well priced and a great selection. Best supplier for Koken.Last order was made at 9pm Thursday and tools were delivered at 10am Saturday. I've previously made 2 orders in quick succession, one qualified for free shipping but the other didn't. They combined the orders and immediately refunded the shipping cost.Their service is excellent, would highly recommend them and look forward to dealing with them more in the future.

I have used UKTools several times over the last couple of years and will continue to direct all my business towards them. On one occasion I arrived at closing time on a Friday evening and not only did the staff stay back to supply me with everything I needed, but also took the time to guide my through each item so it was the best possible tool for the job in hand. A personal service seldom seen in businesses today with the ability to supply a massive range of products at competitive prices.

Excellent service. Ordered online late Monday and recieved the item within 36 hours! Great range of tools, including a good range of imperial size hand tools. Would not hesitate to recommend to fellow classic car owners.
