Having moved house 3 times in the last four years and sold several more over the last decade using the services of various estate agents, I feel somewhat qualified to comment on my experience in dealing with Armitstead Barnett in Clitheroe. In short, it was excellent. The original meeting to discuss valuation, presentation and marketing strategy was professional and authentic, all done in a friendly and personable manner. The service from the team at Clitheroe continued in the same vein. Our lead negotiator made certain her colleagues were kept fully informed which provided comfort to me as a seller. Our negotiator really tuned into us with her knowledge and professional approach and most importantly, her personality. We jointly achieved the desired result in selling the property in short order at the target price. It's not often you can engage a professional appointment and enjoy the experience at the same time.
