They are flooding reviews with fake positive reviews... Most of those positive reviews which are suddenly appearing are from the Kikuyu tribe in Kenya. its seems the owner is from there and sending their team to flood here with fake reviews and drown the guardian story. I believe the guardian story because all these Heathcare companies, have asked me for atleast 4 to 10K to bring someone to do the heath care jobs that I gave up. They won't offer you any opportunity or cough up any information to you unless you handed them or parted with your money first. They have created ways to fleece the maximum amount from you. They will tell you to pay their agents for training in Kenya before you come. Cough up money for consultation even though you know the process, cough up money for visa processing even though the only thing you need from them is the sponsorship letter.

As an occasional health care assistant to Merithealthcare, working with Merithealthcare domiciliary care services makes me feel happy because I can lift people's spirits, just by showing up at their house for care. Merithealthcare has a good policy to staff , that our caring presence creates a good impact, which gives independence, dignity, and Friendship. All workers need to be driven with compassion, but some carers don't have compassion at all and Merithealthcare does not accept that. Merithealthcare domiciliary realised that many people need help with every day living and would love the carers to be a part of that, and help as many as possible.

I am a current employee of Merit Healthcare. I really don't understand why people are talking mordern slavery... I have never felt or treated like one. The management is very supportive and ready to listen to our issues. I also read a recent publication by Antony. The story was full of exaggerations and false accusations.I would recommend Merit

It's unfortunate that only one side of the store is told. This 1 employee that only give his bad side of the store and did say the truth of the good that was done to him by the management of the company. The staff are well train and they have compassion when working with clients and have the passion to provide the best care. This can only happen if they are well trained and supported by management. Otherwise they wouldn't show up for work.

Caring and compassionate, that's my mums words for her two carers. After 4 months, mum has even learnt some Swahili words from her lovely carers. I have nothing but praise and they give me and my sister a peace of mind knowing mum is in good hands.

I judge no one, But having worked in care for 20 years, the Anthony story was done to discredit the company! It does not add up. Carers are switching sponsorship day & night? Why give a story then ran away?

My wife has had care at home from Merit for some time now. She has been very positive abour all of the carers who have visited. We have found the carers to be consistently reliable, professional and effective in providing care at home. They are positive, cheerful, calm and conscientious with a good sense of humour. Personal care in our experience is delivered to a high standard in what must sometimes be challenging situations.
