Watertight Bathrooms Yorkshire

As other reviewers have mentioned, the people here are rude and condescending. They spent a lot of time telling us how expensive they are, implied we couldn’t afford their service and that they weren’t interested and we weren’t worth their time. It felt like they stereotyped us for being young / not driving a Range Rover (sorry for caring about the environment). Comically I work in investment and my husband is a corporate lawyer, no worries though we’ll go elsewhere!!

Excellent service from the very start. Paul came to measure up & assess what was needed. Arrived when arranged. Quotes etc all supplied. Seb did an amazing job removing the existing bathroom & replacing everything as arranged. My elderly mum now has a superb accessible walk in shower. Excellent communication throughout with the minimum of disturbance whilst the work went on. Seb was excellent, polite and professional and cracked on with the job. At the same time he was considerate and obviously used to working with elderly people.

We are extremely happy with our new bathroom designed and fitted by Watertight Bathrooms. The level of service and the quality of the design and the fitting was extremely high. Tim and Paul were very helpful with helping us design our bathroom and choose fittings at the very start of the process, and Ash who fitted the bathroom was very friendly and spent time fitting the bathroom to an excellent standard. Overall, we are extremely happy with the finished result!

We are so pleased with our redesigned wet room. From the moment of contact to the finished product Watertight Bathrooms have been helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Excellent all round service from design consultation right through to installation.Fitters were reliable, conscious of minimising disruption (especially as I work at home), responsive to questions and kept me informed throughout. They also went the extra mile to consider how fitting could be done to really get the best out of the final result. This really put my mind at ease through what can be a stressful process!Product quality and finish are excellent. Were a couple of teething problems once finished, but the team were out the next day to correct these with no issues at all and kept in touch over the following days to make sure they remained ok.Would highly recommend this company for a fully managed, high quality service.

Having had our existing bathroom for over forty years’ my wife and I decided a change was now due. We had seen a friend’s bathroom in York and we were told they had used Watertight Bathrooms and they were highly satisfied. Accordingly we went down to their excellent display at their showroom on New Road Side Horsforth, meeting up with Tim. We explained our requirements and following a visit to measure up Tim produced a design which met with our approval. Following decisions as regards to colour etcetera the decision was made to go ahead.Ash initially with the help of Max started the dirty job of removing the existing fitments and tiles, this was carefully done and any mess was kept to a minimum and they swept up each night. They then started on installing the new shower, tiling the floor and walls etcetera which was all done very professionally and to an extremely high standard. Finally Andy the electrician got involved dealing with the lighting and extraction fan.We were so pleased with the work that we have now made arrangements for a makeover to take place on our downstairs cloakroom.We therefore have no hesitation in recommending Watertight Bathrooms.

Watertight Have been amazing from start to finish with the process of rebuilding our bathroom. We chose them in particular because we wanted to go with a company that sorted out a large part of the co-ordinating and project management. Having contact with the various designers, fitters, electricians and suppliers involved through the process, so we wouldn't have to source everyone and hope that they would work well through out- their known teams meant we could go along with their recommendations.Tim was instrumental in helping us with our design and choices within the bathroom and was very helpful with suggestions and redesigns.(The showroom is awesome and it's really worth having a visit.) It's really helpful to get some 3D renderings of the room and tile choices, as well as suggested boxing and niches. I'll admit it- I do love the suggested lighting choices and the LED mirror now that I've got them in! (The bathroom is set on the unlit north side of the house with only a small window, so lighting in the room and reflected lighting was important for us.)Thanks Richard for demolishing the original bathroom and clearing the way for the amazing Ash who came for 2 weeks to fit the bathroom. Always professional and tidy, and doing absolutely incredible work turning our previous damp damaged room into a wonderful, SHINY new bathroom. The original room itself had a lot of issues- enough damp damage that plasterboard walls had to be taken out- and solid plywood floors so the piping had to be fitted aroundcertain unmovable aspects of the room but he sorted all of it out without fuss - including fitting full tile in a room that had a distinct floor and ceiling slant! He always worked with incredible attention to detail and we're super happy with how absolutely perfectly done things were, and the great suggestions he gave and checked up with during the construction.We also had extras done including renewing a waste pipe and flipping the door - all within the abilities of Ash, who covered plumbing, tiling,carpentry and all sorts in his abilities.Thanks also to Andy for sparky duties and Max too!

Our experience was great from the start. We popped into the show room and had a chat before booking a consultation. Paul was really helpful discussing our ideas and coming up with options that fitted. The communication was great throughout. The team fitting the bathroom were friendly and the work was completed at a high standard. We would definitely recommend the team.

We used Watertight for our main bathroom and are delighted with the service from start to finish. Tim and Paul helped make the most of our small space with the design, kept us updated throughout and kept to the time and budget we'd agreed. The fitting was done by Matt who was great, taking pride in his work and finishing the room to a high standard. Would definitely recommend!

Really happy with the whole experience from choosing the design & products through to the excellent installation. Ashley the fitter is as much a perfectionist as myself & completely understood my vision for the niches. He was reliable, hard working, very tidy & polite. We love our new bathroom & the high standard of tiling is fantastic. Would definitely recommend & in fact, I have already recommended Watertight to a couple of people.
