I was never a big fan of this shop but this Saturday I experience the bad customer service from the man who served me on the till. I said good morning to him and not even a look I got from him. He shoved my shopping to the counter and I asked him if he was having a bad day, which he replied with a very harsh what?"No thank you

I had a bad experience with this branch. I was trying to buy a shoes but then decided to leave this store because of the bad behaviour from one of the staff. I felt a sense of discrimination and racism in his behaviour which really made feel so sad and frustrated. I left the store immediately and decided to buy from another shop. As advice for the store management, please employ staff who are welcoming and experienced with all kind of people not only white British customers.

Never answer the phone (I've tried over twenty times on different days) and no public e-mail. Unless you live locally, impossible to get any customer service at all.

I had very bad experience with staff, there was still half an hour to close the shop, i requested for an assistance to choose the right shoe number rather than bother to find right shoes , they were saying out of stock , they didnt even bother to find one pair . There were about five staff upstairs and all were staring at us while we were looking for any clothes and shoes to buy. Not even single staff assist us nicely. They were all in hurry to get us out from shop. We felt so bad that we spent one and half hour to go for shopping because we live very far from Hereford.Horrible customer service was found only in sport direct.

Awful branch of Sports Direct in Hereford. Rude, unhelpful staff. Refused payment from a gift voucher that had been purchased specifically to be used in the store, bearing in mind that the store was, and still is listed as a participating retailer (£100 wasted there) no apology made by them, zero customer service skills, manager was like a petulant, irritable child.Wouldn’t support this shop going forward - would be better if they just closed the Hereford branch altogether.

They refuse to refund money for reterned items.On Saturday we tried to return the coat that we bought on Friday. On Friday before paying asked the girl at the checkout can we return it if it doesn't fit?" She said "Yes". She didn't mention that we can't get a refund and will get a voucher only. Been their costumers for a few years

I had a bad experience with this branch. I was trying to buy couple pairs of shoes but nobody came to assist with sizes. So when I asked cashier if somebody can assist, she said I have to wait, nobody was around at all, so after 20 mins of waiting I just left. Great service.
