Found the staff rude arrogant and mostly ignorant of the job they're paid to do. Typical middle class do gooders who think they know it all coz they've read a book..

Other patients have told me that I needed a referral to be treated there. They asked very personal questions on the phone and said I will have to go to a NHS place 4 miles away. They thus claim not to be available to NHS referrals. At 65 I find myself treated like what's on a shoe. The black market is the only market. The voice on the line sounds like a thing without a soul. Addaction is a symptom of a society which has replaced God and religion with self service and sociology.

Have dealt with me really well friendly and helpful.
