Highly recommend this veterinarian practice. Jo in particular is excellent, very caring and trust her completely with my dogs health care.All the staff there are welcoming and friendly.

I had the best experience at Axe Valley! Both Emma and Paige were so welcoming to me. Friendly and helpful giving me great tips and advise whilst also being firm. Emma put me at ease instantly and Paige was just as warm! They talked me through everything being a new puppy mum and made sure I was aware of all my options. I left feeling so much more confident and Millie will definitely be back! Great experience would highly recommend

My dog loves going to the vets in Woolavington to see Emma, Paige and Jo, he gets to have a play and it really takes the stress out of the visit. Paige and Jo the vets provide excellent care, discussing all treatment options clearly, agreeing a joint treatment plan and often much needed reassurance. They really are up together on latest research and pioneering treatment. I genuinely wouldn’t take me Animals anywhere else and our family have all always used these vets and highly recommend them!

Always amazing care and advice. I’ve been using Axe Valley in Woolavington for almost 10 years now and have also visited the Blackford vets a few times too.Always really friendly reception staff, especially Emma at Woolavington. Jo is the vet we visit the most and she is amazing. Attentive, knowledgable and really puts you at ease.They take the time to get to know your animals and even take the time to get to know you too.I moved address a couple of years ago (3.5) miles away but I wouldn’t choose any other vets. It may be a slightly longer journey for my cats. However, I know the level of care they’ll receive from Axe Valley will always be second to none. And I’d always want the best for my kitties. Thank you to the whole team!

Cannot rate this practice highly enough. All the staff are knowledge, kind and always go above and beyond to care for your animals. We were extremely touched to receive cards with very kind words and in one case a small packet of seeds when we have had to say goodbye to our much loved pets.

First visit to the vets at Woolavington with my dog Willow. I was very impressed and can honestly say that it's the best vet practice I have been to. We saw Jo who was very thorough with her examination of Willow and gave excellent advice and information.Thank you
