Drove an hour to see a car, told them we were on the way. When we arrived we were told it was sold. Didn't have the decency to ring and tell us sold THANKS FOR WASTING 2 HOURS OF OUR TIME

Inquired (Phone Call) about an 2011 grey audi a5 convertible, had service history (No), keys ( Only 1), Cat N, Cambelt change( No History), asked the guy what's the lowest you'll take he stated whatever the price is on ebay as its the cheapest on eBay" but I said there are cars on ebay that are lower so he put the phone down on me VERY RUDE."

Love my new GLC! Staff were amazing and went above and beyond to secure my car. They were very transparent with communication and provided me with many options for some extras I wanted. Couldn't recommend them enough. I'll be back soon to get another car for the wife!
