Had a bra fitting done today by Tiru, and I can only recommend. It was very professional and she made my very comfortable. After a quick chat she knew exactly what I’m after and all the choices she brought me to try were satisfying. I ended up buying 3 bras as felt very comfortable and happy with a choices.Thank you !

Marks and Spencer on Broad Street is one of the larger chain stores. Normal format womenswear and food downstairs with menswear and furnishings upstairs. This store has recently revamped a bit and the lower and upper floors are less densely packed with products. Somehow feels emptier. The menswear is pretty good though. Good shirts, good suits, good jackets. And pretty decent knitwear, come on us older guys have to have a bit of knitwear every now and again. Also you can’t really go wrong with the underwear and socks. The food hall is quite large and M&S food is quality (if slightly heavier on the calories…). You also get a decent fresh cut flower and plant section here. Self serve checkouts in the food hall make it a breeze. I like this store and always come in here on a trip into town. It’s M&S - what’s not to like?

There's nothing I can add that you don't already know about this store, only that this is just as good as most others if not a bit better.

It's a decent and well kept M&S. Over two floors, you have a food hall, clothing for men, women, kids, babies, home decoration and even a little bank where you can buy and sell foreign currencies. In the food hall, sometimes the freezer doesn't look well with ice covering the food. Doesn't worth dropping a star just for that but this can be improved.Decent selection of wines but with less reductions and offers than other places. Still I managed to get some bottles of Champagne at a discounted price but it doesn't happen everyday. There is also a small restaurant inside. It has shorter opening hours than the store itself but when it's open, you can get a tasty and healthy takeaway or eat in. That restaurant is in the ground floor near the food hall. I need to specify because they have another one at the second floor but it's less exciting. It has a larger seating area but it's more for a quick coffee and a piece of cake than anything else.

Grocery:Product quality 4 of 5Product availability 4 of 5---Fashion (men's):Product quality 4 of 5Product availability 3 of 5---Online shop experience:Online ordering and collection 1 of 5I fund M&S online ordering misleading. Date you select for collection is not the date the item is available. Just missed the collection as the items arrived earlier then I was able to collect them (due to my holidays) and fell into the return and refund policy. All communication through SMS rather than indicated as email. Looks like incompetently implemented online shop functionality. Please ensure that date of collection and availability of the item starts at the same time. Please follow your own policy of sending emails rather than SMS regarding the order progress.Product quality closer to 3.5-4 stars, however big minus for the online experience.

Self checkouts should not be a replacement for the normal manned registers especially when you do a big shop. Not only that but they’ve put these small ones where there’s not enough space to bag the items, hardly any staff and one person servicing the normal tills even at peak times. One feels like an idiot scanning items with the machines playing up waiting for a staff member to sort it. This is seriously humiliating. As a customer the least you can expect is some basic level of service specifically in a higher end food shop like M&S.

Excellent location. Convenient and large, with especially amazing selection of beers, coders, wines and liquor. If you have any favourite flavour or brand. Chances are good you’ll find it here, paired with rare and unusual crisps.Produce and meats are fresh and plentiful, staff is friendly and helpful. Lots of self-checkout lines really cut down on waiting times. The only downside is the price - slightly higher overall than other stores in the area, but worth it for the quality and sortiment.

Bad experience with staff in returning an item.I had to return a click-and-collect order. Did everything according to the instructions given to me online through my M&S account, got a refund barcode, took that and my item to the returns & exchange till. The staff member handling the returns repeatedly told me she couldn't process the refund, all the while scanning the wrong code. She said her system wouldn't accept it because it was more than 30 days ago, but that could not have been possible because my return request had already been accepted! and I had created that return request on that very day, so I knew I was not past the return validity date. In fact, I had another week before that validity expired. In the end I took a look at the screen when she did finally scan the right barcode. Indeed it said I was due for a refund! I got a credit voucher instead, when I should have sent the money to the card I paid with. I understand that the staff member was probably performing her duties according to the policy she was familiar with, but she refused to listen to me when I clearly stated (and had proof!) that my refund request had already been accepted. I also understand that these systems are often confusing. All I ask is that one listens to customers, rather than insisting they are in the wrong. In hind sight I should have chosen the post-office returns as I could have avoided this mess.

Love this shop, you can buy food, flower, clothes, home staff, cosmetic staff, exchange currency, little bit expensive that normal, but good quality. Customer service is ok, not to high standard. It is located in Main Street in Reading town. It is two level of shop. There are three entrance in front, back and side door.

My visit to Marks and Spencer was marred by a frustrating and experience.Zuri, an employee, was remarkably helpful, demonstrating excellent customer service. However, her manager (((Anthony))),unfortunately, proved to be a hindrance. When I needed assistance with a return, instead of support, the manager launched into a 15-minute lecture about the perceived shortcomings of Marks and Spencer products. This not only felt unprofessional but also left me without a resolution to my issue. It's disheartening when a positive encounter with a dedicated employee is overshadowed by a manager's lack of assistance and a lengthy critique session.I hope Marks and Spencer addresses such instances to maintain the reputation they strive for in customer service as (Anthony) surely doesn’t represent any help versus being robotically handling issues.
