I bought only 1 garlic pack but they counted me as 12. After going to the store they returned my money immediately, so professional. A lot of cheap and fresh food here. I shop here frequently.

Always missing stock. Empty shelves. You never can be sure will you buy yours favorite food. I have been making weekly grocery shopping there from more than 2 years and it never happened that I get everything I wanted. And misleading price tags on the shelves with offers and then at the till you figure out that it's not updated! Is it a standard in every Lidl or I have too high expectations???

When I first walked in I thought There's no way they are both big on quality and Lidl on price" then I looked at one of the donuts they had and was shocked to see they were only 35p. I ended up buying one and again thought to myself "There's no way they are both big on quality and Lidl on price" but after I took a bite out of it I was blown away at how good it was

Busy store. Staff are always repacking. They did open an extra till when it was busy.Sometimes when packing, the trolley or cages block parts of aisles and items on the shelf.

Great shop at value prices. Always love their bakery section, and they've expanded on their fresh meat section as well. And well stocked compared to other supermarkets at the moment. Only thing I couldn't get was tinned carrots.

More or less the same as all big stores. Less likely to get individual customer service as the stores are run with minimum staff. And their staff objective is primarily to stock the shelves and operate the tills.Selection of own brand products is good on price and quality.The big" UK retailers undercut Lidl with branded special offers."
